This is evident by the fact that average hotel room rates have dropped to $99.92 which is down 8% from last year. This is good news for the consumer looking to travel. Deals are everywhere and can be had for those who are looking around for a great bargain to travel.

Vegas is a bargainers paradise with deals like Trump Plaza for $99 a night. Even the mighty Winn can be had for under $200. The recently renovated El Cortez is running under $20. These are deals that haven’t been seen in years and likely won’t come around again once the economy picks back up steam. Not only that, but food and prime events in Vegas are also being discounted dramatically.
